Yardi announced Virtuoso Enterprise, an AI platform built across its real-estate software, with features spanning leasing, finance, operations, compliance and reporting. The company says native tools can assist with tasks such as invoice coding, resident support and maintenance work orders. A Claude connector is live, allowing natural-language access to real-time Yardi data for budget comparisons, owner reports and portfolio summaries; integrations with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini were described as coming later. Yardi also lists task agents for invoice approvals, lease audits and month-end close. The platform was available at launch for multifamily, commercial, senior living, affordable and public housing, and investment management. These are vendor claims about product availability and functions; property operators will need to assess permissions, auditability and how well automation handles local compliance requirements.
