Entrata’s October release introduces Entrata Pro, a new platform tier that puts AI tools inside the multifamily software system operators already use. The company describes ELI Console as a source-citing assistant limited by each user’s permissions, while Agent Studio lets teams configure agents around their standard procedures and approval rules. AI Admin is designed to record which models and sources were used and how costs break down. The broader release also includes a lease-file audit that compares lease terms with billing data, surfacing missed charges or overcharge risks with evidence for review. Entrata says it added more than 300 features across its products in October. These are vendor-described capabilities; operators will still need to test accuracy, access controls and whether the audit’s findings match actual lease obligations before relying on them.
