At the RESO Fall Conference, Solid Earth announced Recursive, a connected suite that combines a multiple-listing-service platform, association management software and an AI assistant. The company says listing data stays in open storage inside each MLS’s own cloud account, rather than a vendor’s database. Recursive AI is described as a natural-language search and reporting tool that can draft listing descriptions while hiding private agent notes and enforcing local rules. Solid Earth says the assistant will not share listing data for training external models. The release says the products were built and that contracts were being signed, so this is an announced offering rather than proof of broad deployment. The pitch addresses a real governance question for MLS organizations: how to add AI access while preserving control over listing records and the rules attached to them.
